Karen Dennis

Karen Dennis joined Baby TALK full-time in July 2017 but has worked contractually on projects since 2013. Karen is currently a Baby TALK Professional Association Manager for Training & Technical Assistance. Karen has a BS in Exercise Science and MSML in Management & Leadership. Her professional interests include advocating for children and families and collaborating across the Baby TALK network to improve policies and practices. Karen is co-founder & co-director of C2 Coalition (a local non-profit that provides weekend snack bags, a summer lunch program, a holiday “angel tree” and more), Board member for Prevent Child Abuse Illinois and a volunteer youth sports coach. She enjoys spending time with her children and friends, playing recreational softball, and playing cards.
