Family Engagement through Home Visiting

Families may enroll in services with intensive, purposeful personal encounters. Enrolled families are connected to a Home Visiting professional who employs the Baby TALK Family Engagement Approach to meet families where they are. Home Visitors come alongside families prenatally through age three to collaborate around child  and family goals, as well as child development and family interactions. Home Visits take place weekly or bi-weekly, depending on what is appropriate for the family. Families enrolled in home-based services also have opportunities to attend family fun events twice a month and have access to other resources, such as regular dental, hearing, vision and mental health screenings. 

Home Visiting Services are available to families residing in the following areas: Macon County, Moultrie County, Central A&M School District, and Argenta-Oreana School District.
