Description

The panel will discuss a relationship-based early intervention model with a long history of identifying vulnerable families in hospitals obstetric units and providing impactful interventions through home visiting. Findings from two studies that examined the model’s unique relational approach, and its success in engaging at-risk families, will be shared.
